    1.Qiz-How do I book an Apartment?------Answer------We have a sales office at the site.Our sales representative (Mr.Elija )  0704 30 87 44)  shall be glad to welcome you and show you around the developemnt and assist you select an apartment of your choice.She  is available from 9am to 5pm daily.You may also get intouch with our office for further assistance .

    The process of booking an apartment is a confirmation of your satisfaction with the project and the specific apartment and further an  intent to enter into a legal relationship with the developer to purchase the apartment on agreed terms and conditions through the sale agreement.

    After you have identified the specific apartment to buy, a letter of offer shall be prepared as an intital step to give shape and direction  to the transaction by specifying the basic terms and conditions of the transaction such as  the parties privy to the transaction,specific apartment number ,purchase price ,deposits e.t.c. These basic terms and other conditions are included in the sale agreemnt.The deposit is paid after accepting the letter of offer.

    2.Quiz ? Can i propose changes in design layout of the apartments i select  to buy ?------ Answer------The layout of a specific apartment cannot be changed as it would require other elaborate changes in the structural design for mechanical load bearing capability and aesthetics of the whole building .The apartment is sold as is ,and as designed.

    3.Quiz ? At what stage do i sign the sale agreement.---Answer---After accepting the offer and paying the deposit,the sale agreeemnt should be executed within seven days.This not only confirms the legal stand on the terms and condition of the sale but also allow you to begin your mortgage process.  

    4.Quiz ? Do you have Mortgage options available for this project ?---- Answer------We have mortgage options specifically custom made and availalble for Everest Park Estate . We are at the final stages of negotiating a special mortgage finance package for all buyers.And details shall be available soon.

    4.Quiz ? Do i need to retain a Lawyer for the transaction ? -----Answer ---Retention of legal services is more an option of the buyer .However the terms and conditions of sale and the sale process in this project and other similarly large projects are standard and flexible to changes.You are encouraged to use vendors advocates since you will still be required to transact through the advocate of the Bank providing you with Mortgage.
